Established by the Massachusetts legislature in 1934, the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF) is a private, industry-sponsored insurance fund that insures all deposit accounts above Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) limits at its member banks.

Early Closing & Parking Lot Notice

All branches, offices, and our customer information center will close at noon on Friday, June 12th for a company-wide employee event. Online, mobile, and telephone banking, as well as all ATMs, are available 24/7.

Additionally, due to scheduled sealcoating, the Spencer and Leicester Branch parking lots and ATMs will be closed beginning at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 13th, and will remain closed through Sunday. Please visit one of our other locations to access an ATM during that time. Normal operations will resume on Monday, June 15th.
