Cornerstone Bank announces three executive promotions

Cornerstone Bank has promoted three senior leaders whose expanded roles will directly support business customers, strengthen internal operations and enhance the employee experience across the organization. Daniel D’Amico, Donna Tibbetts and Tracey Jeffries have each assumed new responsibilities aligned with the bank’s strategic priorities.

“These promotions reflect our commitment to strong leadership in every part of the organization,” said Todd Tallman, president and CEO of Cornerstone Bank. “Dan, Donna and Tracey play critical roles in how we serve our customers, support our associates and position the bank for continued success.”

Daniel D’Amico has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Services Manager. With nearly 13 years at Cornerstone Bank and 20 years in the banking industry, D’Amico leads the Commercial Services team and works closely with business clients to deliver tailored banking and lending solutions that support growth and long-term success. In his free time, Dan enjoys travelling with his wife; their goal is to visit all 50 US states before they turn 50 years old. D’Amico also serves on the board of the Rainbow Child Development Center, is the former President of the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association and on the Business Parters Committee at the Worcester Art Museum.

Donna Tibbetts has been promoted to Vice President, IT Service Delivery. With 32 years at Cornerstone Bank and over 40 in the banking industry, Tibbetts provides strategic oversight of technology service delivery, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient systems that support customers, associates and regulatory requirements. In her free time, Donna is a loving and devoted grandmother to five grandchildren. Tibbetts enjoys volunteering at the Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Build and Jacob Edwards Library. She has also worked with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.

Tracey Jeffries has been promoted to Vice President, Talent and People Strategy. With eight years at Cornerstone Bank and 20 years of experience in human resources, Jeffries leads talent acquisition, development and people programs that strengthen the workforce and reinforce the bank’s culture. In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, camping and watching her daughter play soccer. Jeffries volunteers often at St. Johns and El Buen Samaritano food pantry. She also attends multiple financial literacy events throughout the year.
