Athol Savings Bank, A Division of Cornerstone Bank, has donated $1,200 to 1794 Meetinghouse Inc. to support its upcoming summer concert series, helping to bring live music and cultural programming to the North Quabbin region.
“We believe strong communities are built through shared experiences and local connections,” said Daniel Zona, president of Cornerstone Bank and former president and CEO of Athol Savings Bank, now a division of Cornerstone Bank. “We are proud to support programming that enriches the cultural life of our region.”
The funding will support a lineup of performances throughout the summer season, continuing the Meetinghouse’s mission to offer accessible, high-quality arts programming while preserving a historic community landmark.
Located in New Salem, the 1794 Meetinghouse serves as a regional performing arts center, drawing audiences from across the area. Its summer concert series is a key part of its programming, featuring a range of musical acts for residents and visitors.
The donation reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting local nonprofits and community initiatives.
