Q. When can I access my account through Online & Mobile Banking using the Cornerstone Bank website or app?

All five Athol Savings Bank branches will remain open as Athol Savings Bank, A Division of Cornerstone Bank locations. You will also gain access to 12 additional Cornerstone Bank branches.

Q. When can I download the Cornerstone Bank Mobile Banking App?

You may download the Cornerstone Bank Mobile Banking App at any time, but you will not be able to log in until May 18, 2026 at 8:00 am EST.

Q. How do I log in to access my Online & Mobile Banking?

You may download the Cornerstone Bank Mobile Banking App at any time, but you will not be able to log in until May 18, 2026 at 8:00 am EST.

You will be able to access your Cornerstone Bank Online & Mobile Banking by using your existing Athol Savings Bank Login ID/Username. For your first time logging in, you will need to use the following information for your password:

Consumer Banking Users: the last 6 digits of your social security number and your full 8-digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY). For example, if the last 6 digits of your SSN are 223344 and your date of birth is March 3, 2000, you would enter “22334403032000” as your password for your first time login.

Business Banking Users: the full EIN of your business and the zip code for your business’s primary address. For example, if your business EIN is 123456789 and your business zip code is 01550, you will enter “12345678901550” as your password for your first time login.

After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password.

Q. Will there be changes to my current online bill payments?

No. If you are currently enrolled in online bill payments through your online banking at ASB, your payees will carry over and your recurring payments will continue to be paid as scheduled.

Q. Will there be changes to my current eStatements?

No, your current eStatement preferences will be carried over. Please be aware that the first time you access eStatements in the Cornerstone Bank Online and Mobile Banking system, you will have to review and acknowledge the Cornerstone Bank eStatement disclosure and enrollment process.

Q. Will there be changes to my current online transfer settings?

No, your current Athol Savings Bank account settings for online transfers will carry over to Cornerstone Bank.

Deposit Accounts

Q. Will my deposit account number change?

No, your account number will not change, unless otherwise notified individually.

Q. Can I continue using my Athol Savings Bank checks?

Yes, until your supply runs out or unless otherwise notified.

Q. Will my Routing number change?

There is no need to worry – your current routing number will continue to work. This means any existing payments, direct deposits, checks, or automatic payments tied to your current routing number will continue without interruption. Cornerstone Bank’s routing number is 211371735 and should be used for any new/future transactions.

Q. Do I need to change my direct deposit or automatic payments?

No. There will be no changes to your direct deposits or automatic payments. However, if you have any payments scheduled through your ASB Debit Mastercard®, you will need to update these payments with your new Cornerstone Bank Debit Mastercard®.

Q. When will I receive my statements?

Your final Athol Saving Bank, A Division of Cornerstone Bank statement for transactional accounts will be generated on May 15th and mailed to all customers on May 18th, even those who receive eStatements.

Cornerstone Bank statements will be generated as follows:

  • Checking Products, Money Market Products and Commercial Statement Savings: Generated at the end of the month starting in May, eStatements will resume.
  • Statement Savings: Generated on the 25th of each month starting in May, eStatements will resume.
  • RA Statement Savings, Certificate of Deposit, and Individual Retirement Accounts: Generated at the end of the year.

ATM/DEBIT cards

Q. Will I receive a new Cornerstone Bank Debit Mastercard®?

Yes, your new Cornerstone Debit Bank Mastercard® will be mailed to account holders that previously had an Athol Savings Bank Debit Mastercard®. It will include activation instructions. Continue using your current Athol Savings Bank debit card until May 18th at 8:00 am EST.

Activate your new Cornerstone Bank Debit Mastercard® and put it in a safe place until it can be used starting May 18th at 8:00 am EST.

Q. Can I use my Athol Savings Bank debit card over the conversion weekend?

Yes, you can still use your Athol Savings Bank Debit Mastercard® throughout the conversion weekend. Please note, starting Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 4:00 pm EST, you will be limited to $500 per day for retail purchases and ATM transactions. Retail purchases and ATM transactions are considered separate. ln-app purchases, such as Uber, Venmo, or similar cash apps that use your debit card will be unavailable. Balance changes will not be updated until Tuesday, May 19th, 2026.

Although we do not anticipate an interruption in service, please be prepared to use an alternative form of payment throughout the conversion weekend.

Q. What are my new debit card daily limits?

Your limits from your Athol Savings Bank debit card will carry over to your new Cornerstone Bank Debit Mastercard®.

Miscellaneous

Q. Will branch locations change?

All five Athol Savings Bank branches will remain open as Athol Savings Bank, A Division of Cornerstone Bank, locations. You will also gain access to 12 additional Cornerstone Bank branches. To see Call Center extended hours, please see the inside back cover of this booklet.

Q. Will my deposits remain FDIC insured?

Yes. Your accounts remain insured up to applicable FDIC limits. In addition, your deposits are fully insured under DIF.

Q. When can I start visiting Cornerstone Bank branches, drive-up video tellers, and ATMs?

Starting Monday, May 18th at 8:00 am EST, you will have full access to all your accounts at any Cornerstone Bank branch or ATM. For a complete list of branch locations, please see the back of this booklet.

Q. What will happen to my safe deposit box?

You will continue to access your same safe deposit box at the same location and with the same annual fee until the first renewal.

Q. Can I use Athol Savings Bank deposit slips after the conversion to Cornerstone Bank systems?

Cornerstone Bank systems are paperless so you will no longer need to have deposit slips filled out for your transactions.

Q. Who will send me tax reporting?

For 2026 tax reporting, you will receive tax reporting documents from Cornerstone Bank starting in January 2027.

Q. Where do I find the name of my current ASB account?

To find the name of your current Athol Savings Bank Account, please refer to your latest statement.

Telephone Banking

Q. How do I access Telephone Banking?

Starting May 18th, 2026, bank information is available toll free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the U.S. Dial 1-888-885-8847 to access account information, transfer funds, inquire on bank hours and locations, check rates and more. Your first time Telephone Banking PIN is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Loan Accounts

Q. Will my loan number change?

No, your loan number will not change.

Q. How do I make my loan payments starting on May 18th?

You can mail your payment made payable to Cornerstone Bank at P.O. Box 370, Southbridge, MA 01550, visit any of the 17 branch locations, pay your loan via Online & Mobile Banking, or utilize Cornerstone Bank’s online platform found at “Pay My Loan” on our website at cornerstonebank.com. Automatic payments already setup will continue without any interruption.

Q. How do I contact the Bank regarding any questions I have related to my loan?

Q. Will the terms of my Home Equity Line of Credit Change?
