Cornerstone Bank opens applications for 2026 scholarship program

Cornerstone Bank is now accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship program, awarding eighteen $2,500 scholarships to local high school seniors planning to study business or finance. Applications are due April 13, 2026.

“We are proud to support students who are thinking seriously about their future and taking meaningful steps toward it,” said Cornerstone CEO Todd Tallman. “These scholarships help remove barriers and encourage young people who want to make a positive impact through business and financial leadership.”

Applicants must be graduating from high school in 2026 and plan to attend an accredited, degree-granting institution full time beginning in fall 2026. Students must demonstrate academic achievement, community involvement and interest in a business or financial career.

Required materials include an official transcript and GPA along with a completed application and a one-page essay describing career goals, steps toward achieving them and how the scholarship will support their path to success.

The application and more information can be found HERE.

Scholarship recipients will receive funds after successful completion of their first college semester and upon submission of an official first-semester transcript and second-semester bill.
