After spending four years in retail banking, both as a customer relations specialist and a supervisor, while also training new employees as an onboarding ambassador, Kaighley Obuchowski transitioned to the role of Commercial Banking Administrator. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining commercial products and services, onboarding new commercial customers, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
