A Drive-Up Video Teller & ATM allows customers to complete multiple types of transactions using their debit card or by speaking to a video teller.
At our Drive-Up Video Teller & ATM you can:
- Connect with a live teller through video chat
- Make deposits and withdrawals*
- Receive cash in multiple denominations and receive coins up to $0.99
- Transfer funds between internal accounts
- Make loan payments
- Cash checks to the penny*
- Update an expired ID
- Request balance inquiries
*Amount limitations may apply to the number of checks deposited, cash withdrawals, and check cashing.

Are my conversations with the Drive-Up Video Teller private?
Your conversations are as private as if you were standing in line at the bank! You are able to lower and raise the volume to a preferred level. You can also opt to use our chat feature with pre-selected questions to chose from. You may also type your own questions and answers in on the screen as well.
