Cornerstone Bank has donated $2,500 to the Worcester County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee in support of this beloved local tradition. This year’s parade will take place on Sunday, March 16. It kicks off at noon from the corner of Park Avenue and Mill Street. The parade route is approximately 2 miles long.
“We’re delighted to help support this popular annual tradition that has been enjoyed by so many in our community for more than four decades,” said Cornerstone CEO Todd Tallman. “It’s a great, family-friendly opportunity for the residents to come together to have fun and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.”
Ample free parking is available at the end of the parade route at Doherty Memorial High School, 299 Highland Street, Worcester. Shuttle buses will be running every 10 minutes from the high school to the assembly area for parade participants. On-street parking on side streets may also be available where permitted.
