Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)

A new drive-up experience is located at our Worcester, 230 Park Ave Branch, Charlton Branch, and our Holden Branch.

An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. Customers will be able to complete multiple types of transactions using their debit card or by speaking to an Interactive Customer Service Representative (iCSR).

At our ITM you can:

  • Connect with a live teller through video chat
  • Make deposits and withdrawals*
  • Receive cash in multiple denominations and receive coins up to $0.99
  • Transfer funds between internal accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Cash checks to the penny*
  • Update an expired ID
  • Request balance inquiries

*Amount limitations may apply to the number of checks deposited, cash withdrawals, and check cashing.

What are the benefits of an ITM?

At the ITM, you can expect shorter wait times, easier ID verification, efficiency, enhanced customer experience, and access to various cash denominations.

What hours are ITMs available?

You may speak to an iCSR during regular banking hours. The ATM function of the ITM is available 24/7. Click here to view our banking hours.

Is there a fee to use an ITM?

No. Using the ITM is the same as going to the teller window. There are no additional fees.

Who are the iCSRs that I’ll be speaking to?

Our iCSR’s are located at our Operations Center in Southbridge, MA.

Are my conversations with the iCSR private?

Your conversations are as private as if you were standing in line at the bank! You are able to lower and raise the volume to a preferred level. You can also opt to use our Chat feature with pre-selected questions to chose from. You may also type your own questions and answers in on the screen as well.
