We currently have an opening for an SVP – Retail Banking. The SVP, Retail Banking leads and directs all retail banking functions. Develops branch financial and service delivery performance goals and objectives and monitors results. Oversees branch administration, customer care and operations and establishes policies and procedures that drive efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Guides product development and implementation to provide profitable and competitive service offerings. Additionally, develops branch staff and management to drive results. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the Retail Group.

The minimum requirements for the SVP – Retail Banking is a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Ten or more years of experience in the banking industry. A track record of success managing a retail banking area, including business development, product branch administration and operations experience. Previous experience with a digital banking channel and marketing is desirable. Strong sales management experience is required.
