We currently have an opening for a Senior Commercial Operations Administrator in our Spencer Office.
The Senior Commercial Operations Administrator is responsible for performing quality control review of commercial loans and modifications to verify closing/post-closing requirements have been met per credit approval and closing documents. This requires the review of moderate to complex documentation to reflect the accuracy of the data and conformity to established procedures and policies. They will also be responsible for providing direct and indirect support for the servicing of non-performing loans by working closely with SVP, Senior Commercial Officer and VP, Commercial Loan Operations to ensure loans are properly reported per the Commercial Lending Policy and FDIC rules.

This position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience plus five years’ experience in banking or financial industry. Commercial Loan Administration and Operations experience is required. This candidate will have demonstrated ability to provide high-level of customer service with proactive approach to problem solving. This position also requires strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills and Good analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and reprioritize tasks throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met, often working independently. This position also should be able to travel to multiple locations required as necessary.
