We currently have an opening for a Program Manager – Retail Investment & Insurance Program located in our Sturbridge Branch in our Investment Office.
The Program Manager role is divided into four categories: Program intermediary and advocate between bank and broker/dealer; program and people management; program sales and activity management; and profitability and results. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing appropriate coverage of the territory or branches of the bank, managing the programs budget, and program related marketing and communication. They will also be responsible for providing sales coaching to financial consultants and licensed bankers, monitoring and tracking of program performance, and managing the profitability and results of the program.

The requirements for this position are that the candidate must possess FINRA series 7, 63, 65/66 licenses. Series 24 and a state issued life and health insurance licenses is preferred. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Financial services sales experience required and bank management is a plus. Working knowledge of various investment products including life insurance, annuities, stocks, bonds and mutual funds as well as retirement (401K), IRA’s and education funding vehicles required.
