Cornerstone Bank is currently searching for a HR Representative for our Human Resources Department located in Southbridge, MA.
The HR Representative is responsible for communicating and interpreting various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standard, and other government regulations. They are also responsible for resolving and investigating employee relations issues. The HR Representative works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The HR Representative works collaboratively with human resources team members to ensure compliance with all Federal and State employment laws while following and enforcing company policies.

The position requirements are an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification may substitute for education. A minimum of 2 years HR experience with a focus on employee relations. Basic knowledge and understanding of HR rules and regulations. The candidate must be a self-motivated, resourceful and detail oriented individual with proven ability to interface effectively with all levels with the organization.
