We currently have an opening for a Floating Customer Service Representative (full-time) travelling between branches. Cornerstone Bank Floating Customer Service Representatives perform all duties with a focus on providing exemplary customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Floating Customer Service Representatives process a variety of customer transactions; daily responsibilities include such tasks as processing deposits, withdrawals and payments, and cashing checks. Floating Customer Service Representatives recognize opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet the needs of our customers. This position may include night and weekend hours.

The minimum requirements for the Floating Customer Service Representative position are high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of six months banking or retail cash handling/customer service experience with demonstrated supervisory ability, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer skills. The ability to protect confidential information is required.
