Cornerstone Bank is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for our Call Center. This is a remote position.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to our customers in our Call Center; Customer Service Representatives offer exemplary customer service and are knowledgeable of Cornerstone Bank’s products and services. The Customer Service Representative is an expert in providing pleasant and professional telephone follow-up services to customers in accordance with sales and marketing guidelines established by Cornerstone Bank. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for promoting Cornerstone Bank products, services and solutions to our customers to assist them in meeting their financial goals.

The position requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years experience as a Customer Service Representative or related customer service experience; includes one year Teller experience. Must be articulate, speak English fluently, use proper diction and grammar; must enunciate clearly at all times. The Customer Service Representative must be proficient at maintaining dialog with a customer while simultaneously processing information, utilizing a reference system and documenting customer responses electronically. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to protect confidential information is required.
