We currently have an opening for a CIC Assistant Manager.
The CIC Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing duties and assists in call handling. They ensure that excellent customer service skills are practiced by all representatives. The CIC Assistant Manager is responsible for reviewing department access channels to ensure compliance with security procedures and potential fraudulent activity. The CIC Assistant Manager is responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer interactions and has the ability to handle escalated and complex customer issues. The CIC Assistant Manager will meet with staff to develop sales and customer service skills.

The minimum requirements for the CIC Assistant Manager is a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years as a CIC Representative or related customer service experience. This candidate will have the ability to recognize opportunities for delegation; track record of strong decision making skills in a fast paced environment. This candidate will have working knowledge of all bank products and services. The candidate must possess the ability to speak English fluently and use proper diction and grammar.
