We currently have an opening for an Customer Service/Sales Manager in our Sturbridge Branch located at 200 Charlton Road, Route 20, Sturbridge, MA 01566.
As a Customer Service/Sales Manager, you will support the Business Development/Sales Manager by overseeing the sales and efficient operation of the branch ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customers and staff. The duties of the Customer Service/Sales Manager are contingent on the scope of the services that are offered at the facility. This position may include night and weekend hours.

Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years banking experience, with strong cross selling skills. Supervisory level experience and knowledge of branch operations, branch security procedures, bank compliance, new account opening procedures and loan origination. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills a plus. Registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required.
